**PLEASE READ BELOW IF YOUR PLAYER HAS A BIRTH YEAR OF 2007 OR EARLIER, THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE PRIOR TO THE FIRST TRYOUT SESSION.

THIS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO THE FIRST TRYOUT OR THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE ICE AND KEEP IN MIND IT WILL NOT SHOW UP ON  MY END UNTIL 24 HOURS AFTER THEY COMPLETE IT AND ON THE WEEKEND IT WONT SHOW TILL MONDAY SO BE SURE AND GET IT DONE BY FRIDAY.

*The Edina Hockey Association is a member program of USA Hockey, which falls under the Jurisdiction of the US Olympic committee.  As such, the EHA must comply with USA Hockey rules and federal compliance requirements.  Please note, if you are a 2007 birth year or earlier, you will be required to take the SafeSport Core Training or Refresher Course (if you completed the core training last season) prior to participation for the 2024-25 season, with EHA they must complete before tryouts begin.  The training is designed to help ensure all of our athletes are able to perform in a safe, healthy and respectful environment both on and off the ice, which is the top priority for the EHA Board of Directors, coaches and our volunteers.
